*Vendors MUST provide Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Hesperia Unified School District as Certificate Holder.

General Vendor Rules:

Vendors must provide their own equipment, booths, tables, canopies (with weights), and safety equipment/power.

Booths must remain open until the conclusion of the event.

Veondors may be required to cease selling if deemed to be a public nuisance or safety hazard.

Subletting/peddling booth spaces and products/information outside assigned booth is strictly prohibited.

Adhear to all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.

If food is going to be prepared on-site, proper fire suspension is required.

Set-up for the event may begin at 4:00 PM and take-down and clean-up needs to be completed by 8:30 PM
